Hi everyone. I reported a fault to Plusnet about a week ago relating to the slow internet speeds I was getting. The company arranged an engineer visit who came today and did his work however I feel like my internet speeds have actually much slower than they were a week ago. I would just like to note that I am a Fibre Extra customer and was hoping if anyone could provide advice as to how I can resolve this issue.
