Slowdown at peak times

I have been a plusnet customer for a number of years at different properties and I’ve always been happy with the performance of the connection.

Over the last few months the connection has become practically unusable at peak times. The connection holds sync well and there are no issues with the router or WiFi connection etc. It’s incredibly frustrating when the connection is that slow that I have to switch to 4G on my tablet just to load a video without constant buffering.

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

I've tested your line and it's not showing any issues. In addition there's no capacity issues reported in your area.

When the speeds next drop can you carry out a speedtest here over a wired connection making sure you click further diagnostics and following those steps.

@MatthewWheeler  has the BT tester been fixed yet ?  as it does not work with Firefox or MS Edge
