Slow :(

last few days i have noticed that web pages are gradually slowing down .

i have just done a BT speed test , cant do further diagnosis    test  fails . am supposed to be 80/20 average is 72

still no better    but not a fault untill i get below 50   Ps nowt on service status or BT or Zen

Tonight i have also noticed a drop in speeds from my normal speeds of 68 down 19 up. Maybe they working on the new network again

And of course my TBB still looks like this

and BT test this morning      still cant do further diagnosis

Ping jumped up a wee bit , speed still down

Ive just ran another test and it said the following 

. Best Effort Test: 

Download Speed : 67.82 Mbps

2. Upstream Test: 

Upload Speed : 15.74 Mbps

Download has jumped back up but upload is slightly lower than i normally get, all i can think of is maybe they doing some work on somthing as we were both affected at the same time and we are miles apart.

@St3 mine still down if it drops 2.3Mbps its a Fault

Where are you getting the 50Mb fault threshold from? If that's the low A-range estimate, that applies to the line rate (sync speed) achieved by the modem, not a speedtest result.

@ejs   One of the staff told me    i think its on the further diagnosis page If it runs ,, it the acceptable speed range

Just you, you've been blocked from using it because you run too many speed tests.

Still down i haven't been able to run it for a couple of days now, I to have seen pings increase and my speed drop a bit, not sure what is going on, Can someone from plusnet staff post a GEA test so at least i can see what my profile is etc until BTW decide to fix the further diagnostic test.

It appears to be a common issue across several circuits. We've raised this with our suppliers to investigate but there's no time frame for a fix I'm afraid. In regards to your speed issues...
