Slow upload speed

Hi guys,

I’ve had Plusnet Unlimited Fibre for nearly two months now.

The router is plugged directly into the filtered Master Socket, and my download speed ranges between 10 - 30 Mbps, but the upload speed ranges between 1.8 - 2.00 Mbps (using the Speedtest App over WiFi).

I’ve tried resetting the router and disconnecting / reconnecting to the Internet - but can’t get my upload speed to increase.

Has anybody got any ideas please?

Please accept my apologies for the issue with your upload speed.

After testing the line, I have identified an incorrect profile restricting the upload to 2Mb.

I have now placed an order to correct it and it will take up to 24 working hours to complete. Feel free to get back in touch if we can be of further assistance.
