Slow upload speed?

I have been on plusnet's unlimited fibre since May 2013. I have just noticed that the upload speeds are much slower than they used to be (now typically 1.5M). From what I can make out speeds have been reduced for new customers but is it right that my speed has been reduced as well?

I am not particularly happy as I feel the service has been reduced without any reduction in the price I pay or communication from plusnet that this will happen.

Depends which product you on PN have decided to reduce uploads 😕 to 40/2 or the 55/10 .
It looks like you are on the 40/2 can't explain why they didn't inform you , Did you not send you a Email of price rises?

Digging through my old unread emails from Plusnet it looks like they did send me one last year saying my that upload speed had been changed to 2M. I didn't ask for this to happen so why did they do it - I thought this only applied to new customers?
