Slow to non existent broadband

Over the past few weeks my broadband has been terrible in the afternoon and evenings. It was never a problem before this so how could 2.4ghz and 5 ghz be an issue. Even my mobile cannot link up to it at times and ends up using my data plan. It is impossible to stream anything cos its always buffering. Is this a plusnet issue or is it me....hope someone can shed some light on this

Hi Andy, I'm sorry to see you're having issues with your connection. I've tested your line today and the tests are showing your router's getting a speed of mbps with no drops over the last 7 days. 

Based on this and what you've said about your mobile not connecting to the WiFi suggests the issue is to do with the wireless signal around your home, which can be affected by numerous environmental factors.

Can you give the steps Here a go and let us know how you get on?
