Hi I have been with Plusnet for a while and a few months ago got a BT HH6 as I was having the 5ghz wifi problem. All was fine until recently I noticed the download sync speed was around 26 when it had been 36-38. On my account it says minimum 34 and current 26, on the router it says data rate 4.65 Mbps / 26.75 Mbps, maximum data rate 4942 / 27091 so looks like the actual line is lower and nothing to do with the router or anything. Either way it is less than the guaranteed minimum
