Hello,
I've had a look at your line and it's testing pretty much perfectly with the full 80mbps download speed and no errors. That leads me to think that it's probably something in your home environment that's causing the problem.
I can see that you're pretty heavy users, and seem to have been increasing recently, so it might well be local traffic that's causing the problem. Do you, or somebody else in the house, run a lot of torrents etc? You can view your broadband usage on the website which will give you an idea of what's happening.
I'd try the connection with one wired device (you can turn off wireless temporarily by holding down the button on top of the router) and see what speed you get with nothing running in the background if you're unsure.
Let us know how you get on.
Cheers,
Aled
