Slow speeds and slow response from Plusnet

Switched to Plusnet's fibre package when we moved house two weeks ago.  We've been getting a consistent 10-11mbs which is not what plusnet promised.

 

I raised a ticket and they responded quickly enough on Monday, asking me to do the usual checks.  I confirmed that I had and that the speed remained the same but as of yet have had no response.  How long does it take to get a response usually?
