Slow speed

My speed has been halved in under a month gone from like 38 meg to 18 

Could someone see what the issue is ,all im told is a engineer will need to visit and when they do they find no fault and im

Told via the email this could cost me money ..

Can you run the BTw Diagnostic Speedtest and post the IP Profiles from the results please?

The line isn't showing any faults when it's being tested, but it is syncing below the estimates. The next step is to get an engineer visit arrange, the £50 is only applicable if the issue is caused by something in your premises or if you miss the appointment.

That would match with the test I performed. We need you to reply to the open fault ticket on your account with the availability for an engineer visit.
