Slow speed Fibre broadband

Hello Plusnet,

We have upgraded our broadband to fibre 38mbps. It has been almost 2 weeks since it has been active.

I tried testing the speed using speed test but it's showing nowhere near the promised speed.

Currently, it's showing:

Download speed: 13.11mbps

Upload speed: 0.87 mbps

 

Please fix.
