Slow loading and timeout of web pages

Hi, I recently upgraded from Plusnet standard broadband to Plusnet fibre.

Speedtest shows that my speed has increased from about 13Mbs to about 37Mbs which is exactly what they said to expect.

However, web pages are noticeably slower to load and frequently time out.  This is both on my Windows 10 PC on Ethernet and my iPad on Wi-Fi.

A friend said that it sounds like a DNS issue but I’m not sure what I can do to resolve it.

Any help much appreciated.

Sorry to hear you're having connection problems.

Our tests aren't finding the cause of the issues. Can you try a factory reset of your router by pushing a paperclip into the reset hole at the back for 20 seconds?

That’s made it much better - don’t know what was wrong, but that appears to have fixed it
