Slow fibre

I have slow fibre.. according to Plusnet this is what is says

48Mb (This may vary between 35Mb and 48Mb) - Checked on 2018-01-25 10:41:13
Current line speed:
36.8 Mb



When running a speed test I am lucky to get over 22Mb

Can you please fix???

Sorry to hear you're having speed issues.

As you've indicated above your speeds coming into your router are OK.

Are your devices connecting over WiFi or via an ethernet connection?

Ethernet. But I don’t think I have ever had higher than 30mb for ages now.

Can you run a new line check please as the one above was last done in jan

Could you connect your router via the test socket in your premises as shown here:

and then run a wired speed test here using either Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge (the Windows 10 equivalent of IE) and let us know what the results are?
