Ive just get Fibre broadband 76mb and my download speed on first day (Wednesday) was 72mb today is 20mb and upload of nearly 19mb.
I checked my plusnet profile and says I should be getting 67mb
Any advice on what to do ?

Disconnect and reconnect the router (not modem) to make sure you have the appropriate connection.
Run http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ ; and also further diagnostics.
If that shows a good download speed, things are already fixed.
If that shows a poor download speed but a good 'achievable' speed then Plusnet have failed (as they so often do) to update your Plusnet profile. Contact them on chat and ask them to correct the profile, and they should fix it more or less immdediately.
It it is showing bad 'achievable' speed then there is something dodgy with the new fibre connection, constact Plusnet on chat, tell them the figures and ask them to sort it out.

As per your advice i have contacted Plusnet, they have confirmed that, It was profile issue, all good now - Now I'm getting 74mb/s instead of 20
