Re: Slow fibre speeds

Any more details? You've not really given anyone anything to work with...

Re: Slow fibre speeds

Well I have added test result for 15/5/2017

Well I had very good connection on this ip: starting 146.90.

And you saw the result for 15/5/17

But then it started going downhill. And this IP: starting 51.6. if you have it than you have the problem as I do

Re: Slow fibre speeds

Have you tried running a BT speed test (Both parts)?

Re: Slow fibre speeds

Sorry to hear you're having speed problems @ecrTech

Testing your broadband service is indicating your router in sync at...

Sync Status In Sync
Downstream Speed 25.6 Mbps
Upstream Speed 7.4 Mbps

Tests down your line aren't identifying the cause of that...

Voice Line Test Result Pass

As your speed remains below the estimated speed range of between 35mbps and 48.2mbps I'd recommend going through the checks here and if the speeds don't improve then report the fault to us here

Let us know how you get on please.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Re: Slow fibre speeds

So did you do the tests?

Did you raise a fault?

Re: Slow fibre speeds

Sorry to hear that @ecrTech, however you don't appear to have reported the fault as requested by my colleague
