Since i got fibre a year ago i have only been getting half the speed i should nothing fixes it not even 3 openreach visits just want to know what my options are as i am not paying for half the speed i should be getting
Since your speeds remain below your estimates I'd recommend getting this reported to us as a fault again so we can raise this back to our suppliers for further investigation. You can raise a fault at http://faults.plus.net
