Slow fibre speed on new connection

I recently(2 weeks ago) upgraded to fibre unlimited, my line is rated at 63-80Mbps but from the beginning I had 41 down and 20 up, a few days later it dropped to 27 down and 13 up, a few days ago it was 40 down and 11 up and today it is 34 down and 9 up. This does not seem right to me.

Our tests are showing a fault in the local network.

I've raised that to our suppliers so they can investigate.
