Slow fibre broadband

Having been with Plusnet a number of years I decided  to upgrade my broadband to fibre optic .the first few weeks were fine .then I noticed when more than one device was connected movies would buffer and not play & you could not download any website 

The last two weeks I've noticed I'm getting  download speeds of 26 Mbps duriing the day & after 7.30 PM I'm lucky if I get 12mbps!!!!!!!!!

These speeds only noticed during peak hours? Sounds like congestion.

Hopefully staff can confirm this.

From looking at your account I can see you've got a fault raised already and it's been confirmed there's congestion issues in your area.
