Slow fibre broadband speed

We have been with Plusnet for 11 months now on the unlimited fibre broadband package. Although estimated speeds were 30.2 to 40.5 Mbps this has never materialised and our current speed is still hovering around 17.60 to 18.00 Mbps.as it was when we first signed up.

Please can you increase this speed?

Just received my Sam Knows report for last month my Broadband is slowly going down, or congestion is going up, or I've been swapped onto a different product without being told. See attached screenshot of my speed over the last 2 years,

Sorry not to have reported back. After getting in touch with Customer Support Complaints in early December all correspondence went to my husband's email address and we were absolutely delighted with their speedy response.

Within a few days an engineer arrived and traced the problem within minutes. From 18 Mbps we now always get around 38 Mbps.

 

A huge thank you to PlusNet for their excellent service.
