Slow fibre 76mbps

I must have been with plus net for  around 7/8 months and always had slow fibre especially during peak times,we pay for the 76/20 and the speeds are so slow. Last time I complained I got bored of being fobbed of time after time. Tonight my download is 21mbps and upload of 8. there is no way this is a acceptable speed for our package and if so I'll go back to sky as was getting quicker speeds with there 38 package. And before someone says reset router etc I have tried time after time and still slow.

can you run a test on http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ (WIRED is possible) and then click further diagnostic and report back with IP profile and what speeds you are getting

HI there,
I've just looked over your account, going back to Feb 2014 and can't see any fault reports to us. Unfortunately unless we're told there's an issue there's nothing we can do to help resolve it.
I'd suggest going through the steps outlined by thesawdust and then if the speeds are still low run through the faults checker at https://faults.plus.net
