Last year I was in communication about being unable to raise my download speed above the high 40's... 2 engineers called but nothing changed. The case was closed by the support team and my next question was unanswered. BT are quoting a minimum line speed of 60mb/s and expected of 70 when i checked as a potential customer. I am sure that you would do the same but don't let me see as you recognise me as an existing customer. As I'm now out of contract what can you do to convince me you are worth staying with?
