Slow download speeds on Fibre

Hello all.
Ive been experiencing slow download speeds on my 40/20 package. when it was installed i was seeing almost the full 40mb.
I'm not using wifi and i have done a hard reset on the plusnet router, with no change. I believe my line speed is still at 40mb,
Below are my readings.


Annoyingly on ADSL2 I was getting a solid 15mb.
Any thoughts?

I've tested your line and can't see any issues.
If it happens again I'd recommend raising a fault

My fibre is still very inconsistant.

I used the BT line checker as well as speediest.net. Results below.
I have seen 37mb down on my connection, which makes this all the more frustrating. As I said in my original post, I had a steady 15mb on ADSL2 for over two years.

I'd recommend raising a fault so our Faults team to investigate.

If you can follow the instructions after the BT Speedtest you'll run a test which skips our network and goes straight to the exchange.
