Slow download speed

Hello,

My download speed has been only around 23Mbps instead of 60+ with occasional cut-outs in service over the past few weeks.

Would appreciate any tech support to find a solution.

On checking the RADIUS (connection) logs, we're showing that there has been a solid connection for the past 17 days and so can you confirm whether this issue is affecting your wired Ethernet connections, or is it solely experienced with your wireless connectivity?
