Slow download, normal upload.

Hi all, 

I've been having a few issues with broadband speed with pretty slow download speeds and normal upload speeds.

Currently around 8 down and 11 up (ping around 12ms)

Testing through: Master socket, wired connection straight into plusnet router.

No wiring has changed, no new hardware. 

Any ideas?

Done some additional testing... speeds are back up but still a bit slow for the line?
