Slow connection

I am coming towards the end of my 18  month Fibre Extra contract. Initially I was getting 70+ down and 19 up pretty consistently. However, over the past few months I rarely get above 55 down, the up rate is still 18 - 19. 

The current down speed is right at the bottom end of the estimated line speed from Plusnet's line checker. My Mac is connected via Ethernet to the Plusnet supplied router which is connected to the Openreach modem plugged into a new master socket fitted at installation time in March 2015. 


Please can someone have a look at things and let me know why my down speed is so much slower than the service I'm paying for.
