Slow broadband

As can be seen by the attached image my line speed is not as it should be:

 

  • Minimum Guaranteed Speed: 73.1Mbps
  • Current Line Speed (Download): 14.5Mbps

Could someone help please?

@DMikeW Welcome to the forum.

The first thing to know is whether this speed test was over wireless or whether you have a computer connected to your router using an Ethernet cable.

If it’s wireless then you need to repeat the test using Ethernet. This will show whether you have a network or wireless problem.

My connection is via Ethernet cable, however the speed information is from my plus net login

I logged this post on saturday and I logged a case on Sunday and I've not heard anything from either yet - anyone know whats going on?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your speeds. 

I've tested your line today and I can see that the speeds are quite poor.

Can you raise this online by going here and then post back once you've done so?

That will allow us to get that picked up straight away for you
