Slow broadband after phone fault fix

Hi could some body from CS check my broadband,user name dennisfuggle, after having the phone sorted which now works fine,I find that my broadband speed is half what it should be, getting about 35meg down its normally in the high 60's, modem reports

Current Rate (Kbps) 19999           
74873*
Max Rate (Kbps) 21023 72884*
SNR Margin (dB) 6.7 5.3
Line Attenuation (dB) 21.1 16.2
Errors (Pkts) 0 0

* These two are the wrong way round bug in software.

Is this a fault, or a case of waiting for DLM to sort its self after the fault, or can plusnet give it a kick their end ?

Speed tests are done wired

Your connection hasn't dropped since our profile last updated.

If you can disconnect and reconnect your PPP session your speeds should pick up.
