I have Plusnet Unlimited Fibre Extra. I usually get speeds around 40-50Mbs so all ok.
However, I have just started a new job and I am having difficulty connecting, the speeds are 3Mbs so ridiculously slow. This is especially when I am connecting to excel sheets online. My employer does have a VPN, so is this the issue?
I can connect ok when using the hotspot on my phone and all other wifi connections are still the normal 40-50Mbs.
How can I fix this?
I have called customer support, and all they can say is they don't support VPN. Is this an issue my employer has to fix from their end?
