Fibre broadband keeps dropping out and the speed is awful, down to 14 at times. Phone line has a crackle and now the router has started to make a noise at random times.
We had a repair last week for a similar problem which was supposedly at the exchange. An engineer was supposed to call as well to check the line but no show. However the problem seemed to be fixed but now back.
Tried to report this again but cannot get through on the phone or live chat.
Never been that happy with the product from day 1. Had to pay for a new line and internal box which may now be the problem.
