Is there any reason that when I joined Plusnet I was reliably getting 16mb up but now I get no more that 8 - 9 mb? It almost seems as though a limit has been put on the line?

I am on the highest package as far as I am aware.

We need the result of the further test - the IP Profiles - as you may be on the 55/10 product and if not then your line has just got worse as mine has due to cross talk

Your line has just got slower as mine due to more of my neighbours going to fibre
