Slow Speeds and connection dropping

Hi,

For the last moth we have been experiencing a lot of issues with the connection dropping, this evening alone its dropping every 5 or so minutes, also previously I was getting around 70 Mbps down however I did a test today and it was in the 25Mbps range.  

Is it possible that a test can be done on the line?

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

Our tests are showing a external fault on the line so we'll get that raised for you.

As soon as we know more we'll update you.
