Slow Speed

I’ve just changed over to Plusnet fibre 76mbps and I’m only getting around 14mbps and I’ve got no phone dialling tone
Can anyone help please

Hi there,

 

As I suspected line tests have picked up on a fault. 

 

Sorry for the disappointing start to things, I've reported it to Openreach and have added details to your account.

User profiles on Community contains information we can search against on our account systems like your email address and the IP of the connection that you posted from.
