Hi,
Our Plus-net have been activated for about 3 weeks now and we have had the email confirming that the speed has been stabilised and set at 76MB which is great..
The problem is the actual realtime speed for browsing and using online gaming is extremely slow, clicking on a website can take up to 10 seconds for it to load fully and it's the same regardless of doing it via a Macbook, laptop, iPhone or Android device. The same applied with the Xbox Live as there is soooooooooo much lag.
What is this and is there anything that we can do to solve this ?
