Over the past week my internet has been dropping out a bit. It seems to be worse in the evening. I have run a speedtest and the diagnostics as per some info posted here and have attached the results. Can someone please investigate? Thanks.

Considering this post has gone 3 weeks without a reply from Plusnet and that calling is a near impossibility, I guess this is not going to get looked at. Great Job.

You can get through to tech by going through the billing route when you call them.
Speak with retention's and they'll be able to transfer you over.
