For the past couple of days my internet speed has been very poor and on occasions actually dropping out. Can someone have a look please?

Have you restarted your router l find that resolves problem when l have had the same .

Thanks for getting in touch.
I'm detecting an issue within or nearby to your premises which is affecting your connection.
Could you get your router into the test socket of your premises as shown here and if that doesn't resolve the issue, raise a fault here so that we can ask our suppliers to take a look at this for you.

As suggested above i have rebooted the router and the speed has come back up. I will continue to monitor for a couple of days to make sure that has sorted the problem
