Hi,
My Unlimited Fibre Extra broadband speeds are quite slow (upload and download). It's lower than the minimum guaranteed speed. I pay for 54 - 72Mbps but get around 30 - 40Mbps. How can this be fixed? The PC is connected via an Ethernet cable.

Hello, you should definitely contact plusnet unless you are a new customer and it hasn't been at least 11 days.

Hope you're doing well. thank you for reaching out via our Community Forum regarding the speeds on your line. I've run some tests on my end and have found that although the speeds on the line are correct, the broadband is banded far more than we feel it should be.
though your line can achieve speeds of up to around 80Mbps, it is currently banded at 44Mbps.
I've raised this with our suppliers, and the banding on the line should be reset within the next three working days.
for your reference also, I've included the Broadband test results to this post.
