Slow Internet Speed; Constant drops

Hello,

 

Over the past two or so weeks, my internet speed has been extremely slow. I cannot use Zoom, Skype video, or Youtube live without the connection dropping or lagging several times during a session. I use these regularly for work and urgently require a solution to this problem.

 

The last I checked, my d/l speed was fine but upload speed was around 0.2 MB.

Thank you for your query, sorry to hear of the problems with your broadband.

 

I have checked the line today and can see that the broadband is stable and the speeds are within the estimates for the package that you have. Please could you follow the steps here to complete a wired speed test? If you could let us know the results, we'd be happy to investigate further.
