Hello, I am new to Plusnet, and so far finding it useless! Although I am still in the '10 day' period where by my speeds are expected to change I have not once received the speeds I was quoted. And to make matters even worse around 10pm onwards I am getting 0.01mbps!!!
This means to access any internet I have to go on 4G, which costs money! Anyone have any such experiences? Or know what I can do. Because I'm sure there is a period in which I can cancel the contract.
Not a great start Plusnet!

Hi , first of all there is no 10 day period the FTTC will find its best speed within 48 hours .
What speeds were you told to expect ?
Are you using wired or Wifi ?

and hopefully one of PN staff here will have a look
samsung 850evo 250gig , WD black 2 TB . Asus Phoebus sound ,
16 gig Avexir ram 2400 , water cooling Corsair H100i gtx ,
Corsair 750HXI Psu , Phanteks Enthoo pro case .

Thanks. I was told 65mbps. But has only been up there once. Have been getting 10-18 and at worst 0.01mbps.
I have just logged a fault. Thanks ever so much for your support!!
