For the past months or so, I've noticed my internet speed has dropped down a lot. The download speed is averaging about 16 mbs, which is nearly half of my guaranteed speed of 30.9 mbs in my contract. Even during midnight, the speed is similar. On occasion, the speed peaks at 20 mbs but it never gets close to the guaranteed speed. I've attached a BT wholesales speed test I did earlier, maybe it'll help investigating the fault. Thank You.
