Slow Fibre for Nearly a MONTH!

I pointed out a speed issue to Plusnet weeks ago. They planned an engineer visit. No one turned up. Was told someone MIGHT turn up friday or saturday. No one turned up. An engineer turned up out of the blue on Sunday. After checking everything, No problem was found. Was told that my speed would go back to normal after 4 days. I waited 6 days till today, Saturday. No speed change. Had to call again! Have plusnet also won an award for incompetenceHuh?? Have cancelled my direct debit till I get what I am supposed to pay for.

After reading that some people have had speed issues that haven't been resolved I decided to pay up and downgrade. Let's see if they can manage to give me a reduced speed without dropping below the new limit. I am extremely unimpressed, tho, and when the contract runs out I will most definitely be going elsewhere for my Internet and Phone services. One word sums up past few weeks experience with Plusnet - SHODDY!
