Slow Fibre download speeds

Hi,
Over the past couple of days i've noticed a significant drop in the download speed i'm getting.  The speed I originally got was around 38mbps but at the moment I barley get 14mbps.
I've ran the bt wholesale speed test and the results are as below.
Can anyone please take a look to see what's happening?

can you do the " further diagnostic " plz to see what max speed your line can handle

Hi,
Thanks for the response.  I tried the further diagnostics but get the message "The Performance Tester is currently unable to run a speed test for your broadband connection. Please try again shortly, however if this problem persists, raise the issue with your service provider."
I was originally getting a rate of 38mbps when Fibre was first installed.

no idea if something is broke between BT and plusnet , but i can't do the " further diagnostics" either , it was working last night because i used it to show my neighbour ... but since this morning i have unlimited " disconnection" , drop in speed , maybe related to the advanced test not working , according to plus net " no issue reported " , i don't believe that , too many post on forum about disconection, and speed drop... but hey we are the sheep .... all we can do is wait

Thanks for trying on your end.  Seems a shame this is happening.  Hopefully someone from Plusnet will be able to advise, but as you say there are a lot of people complaining about slow speeds at the moment.

Are you using a wireless or a wired connection?

You could try making a direct connection to the BT modem (I am assuming you have a separate modem and router).
This would eliminate the router as being an issue.

These are my stats shame im not getting anywhere near them.
