Slow Fibre cant even stream you tube

my fibre connection started out ok,,,,, ive only been with p net 2 months,,,, but noticed the speed as dropped off a lot, the usual speedtests say its ok but when i actually try to download anything im barely at 1 meg!!!!!! I wonder if anyone can help please

Are you connected WIFI or Cable ?Huh

and what speeds should you be getting ?
