Slow Fibre Speeds - Drop in past fortnight

Hello!

I've been noticing a drop in speeds on my Fibre Extra connection over the past week-fortnight, especially after 3-4pm. My stats look the same as usual:

Downstream Upstream
Line attenuation (dB): 16.7 0.0
Signal attenuation (dB): Not monitored
Connection speed (kbps): 77177 20000
SNR margin (dB): 3.1 6.8
Power (dBm): 12.8 7.1

But on speedtest.net and the BT speedtest I'm getting an almost constant circa 40Mbps download and around 17Mbps up. Are you aware of an issue in the S9 area?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your download speeds.

I've checked your account and it appears that a couple of weeks ago your connection speeds dropped for a day or two and the profile on our end followed suit.

After your speeds increased the profile on our end didn't so I've just changed that for you and dropped your connection

If you retest the speeds now you should see an improvement
