Slow Fibre Speed

Currently running at 6mb and below! Usually 25mb

Have rebooted the router and the wifi

Phone line fine

Speed test done wired not via Wifi

Any ideas?

P.S. chat not working and a 20 minute wait for calls to be answered not good

From what I can see we updated your fault earlier this morning.

Let us know how you get on after the settings have been changed tomorrow

If the work has been done then it has had no effect - if anything it's slower.

Could you let me know what's going on please?

Sorry to hear this.

Unfortunately it looks like this didn't work.

We've sent it off to our suppliers to ask them to manually reset the line.

This should be done in the next 24 to 48 hours
