Slow Fibre Broadband over the Christmas period

I recently signed a new contract with Plusnet for another 18 months on the basis of how reliable my connection has been. It's been rock solid. However, over the past week I've had issues with slowness, higher than normal latency and packet loss although the connection has not dropped as far as I'm aware. I've tried restarting the router a couple of times but that hasn't helped. 

Previously speed tests indicated a consistent high 70's Mbps download speed but I've seen periods of low 20's up to 50Mbps, no where near what it was previously.


Can someone take a look at this please? It seems to have changed since my contract was extended although that could purely be coincidence.
