Slow Fibre 12 - 18 Mbps

Recently moved home I am using the exact same equipment to connect and my broadband is really slow by the standard I was receiving, no online chat, ridiculous waiting time on the phone so annoyed with Plusnet!!!!

Ad blockers & script blockers can prevent online chat from working.

The piece of equipment that affects your speed the most is the wire that connects your house to the local fibre cabinet.

If you moved home you are unlikely to be using the same wire.

What is the estimated speed for your new location?

When I said "same equipment" I obviously meant PC, network card and router I am not thick enough to think I would be using the same wire!

Should be around 35mbps

Can you try a disconnect/reconnect on the router for me please. You should be seeing better speeds now.
