Slow Fiber Speed

Evening,

I seem to have a very slow connection, I have had it about a week.

Could this please been looked into?

BT Speed test: 1.89 down, 12.38 up and 36 ping latency - I cant get the other bit as the site needs flash!

Phone exchange: MELKSHAME

stimated line speed: 55Mb (This may vary between 60Mb and 79.4Mb) - Checked on 2016-10-30 09:16:18

Current line speed: 2 Mb

Re: Slow Fiber Speed

For some reason a incorrect profile had been applied to your account.

Glad to hear that's fixed the issue.

Re: Slow Fiber Speed

Just a thought but isn't 4.4MB/s on an 80/20 package seriously slow.

I had 4.7MB/s on a 40/10 package.

4.4 x 8 = 35.2 so you are getting around 36Mb connection.
