I have had a recent install of FTTC. At first I was only getting 38/2 and spoke with Matty who sorted the issue. I was getting the full 80/20 as I am next to the Green Cab so line is VERY short. hasent to say in the last few days the speed has dropped to less then my old ADSL connection.
I have done the usual line checks etc. A wired BTW Speed Test shows the following:
Download speed achieved during the test was - 26.14 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 40 Mbps-77.43 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 77.43 Mbps
Upload speed achieved during the test was - 14.25Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 20 Mbps
However I am confused as in the members center I see this
[b]
Estimated line speed:
80Mb (This may vary between 21Mb and 21Mb)
I am using the rubbish Modem/Router the Hub One and didn't get supplied a BTOR Modem, I have a sneaky feeling that it may be the Hub One that is the issue as if you look int the log I see lots of errors ie NTP is 15 mins out
21:32:21, 16 Dec. ( 142.080000) NTP synchronization success! (current time is actually 21:18:21)
Stats I could find from the HubOne:
Noise margin: 15.4 / 8.3
ine attenuation: 10.1 / 10.9
Signal attenuation: 10.2 / 11.0
Im not overly happy that i spent nearly 50 mins on the phone for no one to answer

Our tests aren't showing any issues.
If it's still problematic I'd recommend raising it to our Faults team at https://faults.plus.net
