Hi, I have an outstanding question with support about another spate of slow D/L speeds. (ref 208929456)
It is just over a month now since I experienced similar slow speeds, which were rectified within the 7 wkg days but it seems we are here again.
My own speed tests via a Chromebook ethernet connected to router are given in attached .csv file. This was also verified by a BT speed test.
My Plusnet broadband service is currently described :

- Estimated Download Range: 36 - 40Mbps
- Estimated Upload Range: 6 - 10Mbps
- Minimum Guaranteed Speed: 30.9Mbps
- Current Line Speed (Download): 18.7Mbps "
What is going on, between the 05 Nov and 24 Nov (when I did my testing) the speed dropped significantly but this was not detected or identified by Plusnet. So are we in a situation were user have to flag these type of issues up to the support team?
