yeah, something is certainly uploading a lot - an average of 16GB a day.
Download amount isn't excessive (mine is way more)

@sharoncj - have you tried a speedtest with your laptop turned off on your phone? what other devices are connected?

Morning Sharon. That appears to be getting better, but your download is still only reporting half of your profile. Is this with onedrive disabled?

OK Sharon. Hopefully, @Gandalf or another PN staffer  will pick this up now it is back to the working week. Can you just try the same test via your mobile - although I don't expect a great improvement, your ping time is a little high, which suggests a problem somewhere.

Hi Sharon, I'm sorry to see your speeds are slow. I've been testing your line and the tests aren't showing any issues. As your broadband's been up for 29 days with no drops, could you try rebooting your router and retest?

I have attached the lastest test, I done it through a wired connection.

I done the same on my phone got Ping:33 Download:66.23 Upload: 16.95 it just won't let me do the additional diagnostics.

That's looking a lot better! Definitely more in line with the 72mbps your router's getting. 

How are your speeds looking over wireless now?
